"On May 1st, I got renters insurance and auto insurance through this agency, total was just under 159 for both policies, so I looked on by card account and they charged me for my policies and another person’s policy stating it was an error , and they still have not refunded my money first Missy says it was processing and I have proof then Mike says I need to be on a 3 way call with the billing specialist mind you this is still going on as of now . So tomorrow I am going to the police department and filing thief and fraudulent use of credit card in this agency. Do not recommend this agency to no one unless you want to use criminals."

"I called to have a my policy review since my son join the military no longer live with us, and agent Ashly attend my phone call very rue and starting to yelling me through the phone a one point that I do not need this, and i ask for someone else's to assist me, i do not want to talk this person anymore, all i want is my account review. Offices Manager Nico very nice listen and help me through my needs. 5 start for agent. Up date. March 24, I called back to follow up what's agent Nico have done 3:15 pm, they said she's done of the day and gone left a message to call me back next day, never happen only an email what's not related to what I need to be done, called back march 25 ask for Nico again 9:45 am. She's on the meeting with 3 other clients in zoom call, ask to call me back, never happen again, worse offices customer services I ever experienced, to take you money very nices to solve a problem no one know how to handle it And then Mike Dluzniewski you ask me to contact you back ???? Very unprofessional !!!!"
